Transferring out of our domain name services

Clients who no longer wish Bamboo Data Ltd to provide them with domain name management services should contact us no less than 30 days before the services are due to be renewed.

Bamboo Data Ltd will not charge clients for transferring domains away to another registrar or service provider. In doing so, clients acknowledge that termination of a domain name service agreement for whatever reason will result in Bamboo Data Ltd ceasing to provide the applicable services, with any consequences that might flow from such cessation, including (but not limited to), deletion of data such as hosting account(s) and mail boxes.
